Before

The challenge

Many experiences, many rules, many questions

Dialoghaus offers Dialog im Dunkeln (Dialogue in the Dark), Dialog im Stillen (Dialogue in Silence), Dinner in the Dark, TimeShift, Abenteuer der Sinne and specials such as the Hafen-Special. Each experience has its own rules: group sizes, age limits, reduced tickets, family tickets and vouchers.

Guests ask about free slots and about the right experience for children, groups or people with disabilities. Many write in the evening or on a Monday, when Dialoghaus is closed.

StartFiete goes live

The solution

One agent who knows every experience, connected to the ticket shop

Fiete answers in the chat on the Dialoghaus website. He knows the experiences, prices, age rules and reduced tickets. He recommends the experience that suits the guest, for example Dialog im Stillen for deaf guests.

When a guest wants to book, Fiete checks the free times. Then he puts the tickets in the cart and sends the checkout link. He splits large groups across tours that start one after the other. The guest pays in the usual checkout and redeems vouchers there.

How a checkout link comes about

  1. The guest asksin the chat about free slots, prices or the right experience.
  2. Fiete checks the ticket shopand names free times and seats.
  3. The checkout link arrives in the chatThe guest books, pays and redeems vouchers directly in the ticket shop.
