Data processing and compliance
Data location. Our core application infrastructure and primary customer-data storage are in the AWS Frankfurt Region. International subprocessors and safeguards appear in our Privacy Policy.
Certification. PUNKU is ISO 27001 certified.
Data processing agreement. We provide a DPA under Art. 28 GDPR on request. Please write to info@punku.ai.
