I am André Sudradjat, and I am the team leader for online sales at TimeRide in Cologne. And we at TimeRide have made it our mission to bring history to life.
Customer service is of course a classic topic, it naturally eats up a lot of capacity. The same inquiries often come up, opening hours, rebookings, cancellations. And I have to say, the chatbot is a great relief, we really notice that. It handles quite a bit of work, you know?
We also see that it is really well received in the dashboard. That means customers really enjoy interacting with the chatbot, because they just feel that it provides reliable information, and they are getting the help they need.
What is also very, very interesting for us is that the inquiries are clustered into topics in the dashboard. This is strategically very, very interesting for us, of course. We can derive a lot from that, for example discounts, what customers are asking for, where there might be pain points. It also actively sells and we were able to record up to eight percent more sales through it.
