I'm Nancy, and I'm head of sales at Stadthafen Leipzig GmbH, and we have this beautiful location right here at the Stadthafen below us and four more in and around Leipzig. We offer various boat tours in and around Leipzig, from canoe, motorboat and SUP rental, and we sell roughly 75,000 tickets a year.
We were looking for a chatbot, so that the many, many customer requests could be handled faster. And that's how we came to PUNKU, and now we have the PUNKU chatbot on our website. We also use an email bot, the same system in the end, and a phone bot that also accesses bookingkit and can give all the answers and sends booking links and so on. So it's really, really exciting.
If I look at the phone, I needed one person just for the phone, and now I no longer need them.
If I look at the emails that we handle, first of all, the bot answers really thoroughly, I mean, thoroughly and in a customer-friendly way. A person writing the replies can't manage that in such a short time.
And the chatbot is great because customers, already beforehand, before they even send a request, can find out for themselves and get their information right there. So in the end, I'd say, we saved at least one employee.
Right, so we had our first calls with PUNKU, of course. There we went through what needed to be connected. First of all, and this is really important, all the bookingkit accounts, so the booking details for each customer can be pulled straight from there. And then we uploaded various files and knowledge bases, which the bot uses to find the information the customer wants.
Setting up the chatbot was really very easy. Working with PUNKU in particular is great. Everything moves really fast too, the customer service and developing it further together.
