Subscribe via RSSEntries dated before 16 July 2026 are a retrospective: we compiled this log in one pass from our release history, so those dates are accurate to the month rather than to the exact release day. Everything from 16 July 2026 onwards is published as we ship.
Upload a PDF in the Punku chat and the agent now reads it natively, with an automatic text extraction fallback for scanned or unusual files. Uploads are supported up to 20 MB.
Approval and clarification prompts from the Punku agent now follow your app language setting, including German and Italian. Fallback messages are localized too, so you always know what the agent is asking before it proceeds.
When the agent needs access to one of your tools, the connection handoff is now hardened end to end. The agent hands you to the connect dialog, waits for the result, and resumes your task without losing context.
Every run of the Punku agent is now traced end to end with LangSmith. That gives our team a complete picture of each step, which means faster support answers and better quality checks on your agents.
The supervisor agent can now search a built-in knowledge base and your uploaded documents to ground its answers. Ask about your own content and the agent retrieves the relevant passages instead of guessing.
WhatsApp sessions are now persistent per conversation. Your agent remembers the whole exchange with each contact, so follow-up messages continue naturally instead of starting from scratch.
You can now sign up and build your first agent entirely from your phone. The Punku chat home renders correctly on mobile, so new users are no longer asked to switch to a desktop.
Provisioning a phone number for your voice agent is now fully idempotent. The number is purchased the moment your subscription payment lands, and duplicate payment confirmations can no longer result in double purchases.
Voice agents now support call forwarding. Set a Forward Calls To number in the builder and the agent transfers the caller to a human whenever the conversation needs one. Callers can also receive a checkout link by SMS.
You can now choose which AI model powers each message in the Punku chat. Pick a fast model for quick edits and a stronger one for complex builds, without leaving the conversation.
The embeddable chat widget now loads from cdn.punku.ai with automatic fallbacks. Websites using the widget get faster load times and higher availability, with no change needed to existing embeds.
You can now dictate messages to the Punku agent instead of typing them. Tap the microphone, speak, and your words appear in the chat input, ready to send.
Agents can now work with bookingkit booking widgets through dedicated endpoints. That lets your assistant surface the right ticket and booking options directly in the conversation.
A new Voice Lite plan makes phone agents more affordable. Unused minutes roll over to the next month, and you can add 200-minute top-up blocks whenever you need more call time.
The Punku agent now runs on our own purpose-built engine. You see the agent's plan update live as it works, and it asks for your approval before sensitive steps, so you stay in control of every change.
A new agent watches your Google reviews and replies automatically, addressing each reviewer by name and learning from your own example replies. No review goes unanswered.
Your agents can now receive and answer WhatsApp messages. Connect your WhatsApp Business number with your own verify token and app secret, and customers can reach your agent in the chat app they already use.
New signups from our campaigns and landing pages now start with a one-time balance of 100 credits and no paywall. Build your first agent and try it on real tasks before deciding on a plan, no credit card required.
A new assistant works directly with your Outlook inbox. It reads incoming mail, drafts replies, and handles routine email tasks so your inbox stays under control.
Agents can now work with Lexware Office. Upload receipts and documents and let your agent handle routine bookkeeping steps, with a guided onboarding that sets up the connection in minutes.
The editing agent is now available to all users. Describe the change you want in one sentence and it updates your agent's setup for you, no builder knowledge required.
Agents can now start themselves. Set a schedule to run a flow at fixed times, or use trigger components so events in your connected apps kick off the right automation.
Your PUNKU agent can now answer real phone calls. Voice agents talk to callers in natural speech, answer questions, and follow the same instructions as your chat agent.
Before embedding the chat widget, you can now preview exactly how it will look and behave on your own website. Adjust colors and settings in the configurator and see the result live.
